2 LP Purple / Crystal Clear vinyl.
Limited edition exclusive release for Record Store Day 2026
In 1987 one of alternative rock’s most eclectic bands took on one of classic rock’s most ambitious albums. Camper Van Beethoven’s bold, bizarre, and brilliant reimagining of Fleetwood Mac’s 1979 double LP Tusk. The tapes were lost for years, and so the album was released in 2002 as a digital/CD, Tusk has grown into a cult favorite, and now finally pressed on vinyl for this RSD for the first time, as a LTD Edition 2LP (Purple / Crystal Clear Vinyl) RSD Exclusive, in a gatefold sleeve. 'They took some of the songs to such different places. I thought, "Wow, where did they come up with that?" Just the fact that a group of guys would sit around and want to remake a whole album like that. That was just a trip, I have to say. I loved it.' Lindsey Buckingham, Fleetwood Mac
