Slowly We Rot is the debut studio album by American death metal band Obituary. Released in 1989 Slowly We Rot is widely considered to be a landmark album in the development of the death metal genre, and one of the first death metal albums ever recorded due to its guttural vocals, "breakneck speed", double bass drumming and blast beats.

How we grade our records
Mint (M): Unplayed and usually still sealed.
Near Mint (NM): Almost perfect with minimal or no signs of handling or play.
Very Good Plus (VG+): Excellent overall condition with only minor signs of use. Plays very well but may have some very light surface noise noticeable in quiet passages and between track Sleeve may have very light wear on edges and corners.
Very Good (VG): Some visible signs of wear and/or light surface marks, still plays well but there may be there may be a few crackles and pops. Sleeve may have small tears, edge splits or creases.
